Your Right to Cancel
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items.
  • To cancel: Email us at hello@raunaquk.co.uk within 14 days of delivery.
  • To return: You must send the items back to us within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation.
Condition of Returned Items
You may inspect and try on items just as you would in a physical shop.
  • Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, and unused.
  • We recommend returning items in their original packaging.
  • Deductions: If an item has been handled excessively and its value is reduced, RAUNAQ reserves the right to deduct an appropriate amount from your refund to reflect this loss.
Return Shipping Costs
  • The customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning items.
  • If an item is faulty, incorrect, or not as described, RAUNAQ will cover the return shipping costs.
Refunds
  • We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned items.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at hello@raunaquk.co.uk. Your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 are fully protected.
